Having the right mix of strategy and operational experience, he has advised large Indian and multi-national companies on their strategic initiatives, sales and distribution set-ups, and operational efficiencies. As an entrepreneur, he has set-up multiple companies in the healthcare space. He is an alumnus of BITS Pilani and IIM Bangalore

Debasis has been in the healthcare industry for close to 25 years, having a wide-ranging experience across business development, sales promotion, brand development, customer relationship management and new product introductions. He has also handled specialty and niche medical segments like pain management, ambulatory disorders, cosmetology and neuro-psychiatry across pharma and medical devices. He is also a member of the Board of Directors at Assentus Biogenics Pvt Ltd.
